Refund policy
We hope you love your candle as much as we loved making it. Each piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and indulgence. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
As our candles are handmade in small batches, we currently do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return due to damage:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please email us at contact@plushcandles.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
If your return is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product is damaged beyond use and we are unable to replace it.
Once we verify your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges as each candle is made to order. For custom/bespoke orders, we cannot offer refunds or replacements unless damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Candles that have been used
- Sale or discounted items
- Personalised or custom orders
